The activation opens a period of sessions, workshops and targeted engagement. The aim is to hear from existing businesses, understand growth plans and bring relevant people into the conversation before the working summit.

The activation is planned for 09:00–15:00 SAST. This time is tentative and may change. Between the kickoff and the summit, focused sessions will help businesses and project teams clarify requirements, strengthen readiness and connect with relevant partners. Session arrangements will be shared with the participants concerned. The public RSVP applies only to 9 and 26 October.
